Colleague Reverend Matt Woodcock said the yobs "were effing and blinding and using every swearword under the sun.
"Irene was left very distressed.
"She is beautiful inside and out.
"Her whole life is about helping other people which just makes it even sadder.
"We have all been praying for her.
"We pray these lads will see the light on day and take responsibility.
"Hopefully these lads will be brought to justice."
Humberside Police launched an extensive search at 1:30pm and used a force helicopter to catch the 13 and 16- year-old.
They were arrested a short time later.
Anyone with information should call Humberside Police on 101.
The teenagers denied robbery when they appeared at Hull and Holderness youth court.
Both remain in custody.
