Theresa May takes holiday in Swiss Alps after delaying trip for PM duties
But her new Cabinet members are spending their summers swotting up on their new briefs
THERESA May has finally agreed to take her annual Alpine summer break after delaying it when she went into No10.
The new PM goes to Switzerland today for her traditional two week walking holiday with husband Philip until August 24.
The couple have holidayed in the Alps every summer for years.
But Downing Street aides feared their workaholic boss was going to refuse to have any rest at all after seizing power unexpectedly just four weeks ago yesterday.

A No10 spokeswoman said: “The Prime Minister will be taking a holiday in Switzerland and will be returning to the UK on 24th August”.
