Food safety inspectors ruled huge improvements were needed after the surprise spot-check in June.

But Spencer, who won a £250,000 cash injection for her business from Lord Sugar in 2016, branded the rating “unfair”.

Inspectors found “major non-compliance” with food safety rules and said it had “little confidence” in the management.

Hygiene was rated "poor" with inspectors demanding "more effort" to prevent  a further fall in standards".

Council bosses last night refused to release the full report despite a request from The Sun.

They said they were now planning a revisit to inspect progress.

“This situation will be resolved imminently."

Her dessert shop in Llandudno was blasted over its “tacky” design when it opened in May - with some locals comparing it to public loos.

Some in the Ridiculously Rich by Alana range had not listed potential allergens such as peanuts, eggs or soya adequately.

The Food Standards Agency said it made them a "possible health risk".
