NEW video shows Aiden Fucci, the teen accused of killing cheerleader Tristyn Bailey, walking with her on the night she was murdered.
Florida prosecutors allege that new video evidence they have shows walking with , 13, the night of her death, and then running alone later that same night.

On May 27, attorney R.J. Larizza announced that prosecutors were charging Fucci .
He said Fucci had told friends that he was going to kill someone within the next 30 days, leading to accusations that the act against Bailey was premeditated.

In addition to the other videos, the State Attorney's Office released three that show Fucci and a friend in the back of a patrol car while Bailey was still missing.

The outlet noted that when authorities searched Fucci's home, they found a notebook filled with “violent” drawings of women.

Fucci has pleaded not guilty to murder.
He remains in jail without bail.
