EuroMillions winner Adrian Bayford’s son, 13, fighting for life after quad bike smash with car driven by sister, 15
THE teenage son of EuroMillions winners Adrian Bayford and ex-wife Gillian is fighting for life after a horror quad bike smash.
Friends said the 13-year-old was hit by a car driven by his sister, aged 15, in the sprawling grounds of Adrian’s mansion.
She raised the alarm after her brother was flung from his machine and through a fence.
It is understood the car and quad bike were gifts bought for the kids by former postie Adrian, 49.
An air ambulance was scrambled to the remote 148-acre estate in Cambridgeshire, but the lad was taken by road to a local hospital.
Last night, he was in intensive care. Pals said the boy’s family — including mum Gillian, 48 — have been at his bedside.
A source said: “He’s fighting for his life. It’s touch and go. This is devastating for Adrian and the whole family.
“Adrian is a lovely bloke who cares dearly about his kids. They were having fun at home and a tragic accident happened.”

Adrian — who won £148million with Gillian in 2012 — recently moved back to the Grade II-listed £12million mansion.
Gillian — who has since remarried — has been at the hospital constantly after dashing down from her home in Scotland.
A family friend said of the son: “He’s in intensive care and he’s in a bad way. He’s sedated right now and everyone is just out of their minds with worry.
“His sister is really shaken up by the whole thing. It’s a nightmare.”
The crash happened at about 3pm last Monday. A police spokesman said: “We were called with reports that a car and a quad bike had collided on private land.
"The rider of the quad, a teenage boy, was taken to Addenbrooke’s Hospital in Cambridge with serious injuries.”
Adrian moved to Scotland last year to be nearer to his kids, who live with Gillian.
Pals thought he had flogged the country pile. But The Sun told this month how he took the mansion off the market and moved back there.
