Gay man ‘raped and beaten by Taliban monsters after being lured on social media to meeting’

A GAY man was allegedly raped and beaten by Taliban thugs after being lured to meet them on social media.

The victim thought he had been talking to another man online for three weeks and agreed to meet him, with the promise of a safe way out of the country.

But he had been deceived, and was met by two Taliban thugs who attacked and raped him, reports

He survived the assault, but is now living in fear under the Taliban regime after they seized control of Afghanistan.

It comes after Afghan folk singer Fawad Andarabi was allegedly shot dead by insurgents on Friday after music was outlawed by the Taliban.

His family told the Associated Press that Fawad – who played a bowed lute called a ghichak and sang traditional songs about his country – was killed in Andarabi Valley when enforcers returned to his home after earlier searching it and even drinking tea with him.

“They shot him in the head on the farm,” his son, Jawad, said.

“He was innocent, a singer who only was entertaining people.”

Taliban spokesman Zabihullah Mujahid told the AP that the insurgents would investigate the incident, but had no other details on the killing. which happened about 60 miles north of Kabul. 

It came just days after Mujahid told the  that music was being banned just as it had been during the group’s brutal rule from 1996 until 2001.

“Music is forbidden in Islam,” Mujahid told the paper.

“We’re hoping that we can persuade people not to do such things, instead of pressuring them.”

Afghanistan’s former interior minister, Masoud Andarabi – who is not related – shared footage of the singer performing, saying he was “brutally killed” simply for “bringing joy to this valley and its people.”

“As he sang here ‘our beautiful valley….land of our forefathers’ will not submit to Taliban’s brutality,” he tweeted.

It comes after the Taliban horrifically vowed to crush gay men to death by pushing walls on them as they plan to reinstate Sharia law across Afghanistan.

As the terror group made their way across Afghanistan, seizing control of the war-torn country, Jihadist judge Gul Rahim told how he planned to reintroduce the torturous punishments for homosexuals and criminals across the entire country.

The last Allied troops left Kabul last night left in time to beat today’s August 31 Taliban deadline to withdraw.

Taliban fighters celebrated the US exit by firing weapons and fireworks into the skies above the capital after the last American soldier was pictured leaving the country.
