Two-bedroom, three-storey ‘eyesore’ terrace house goes on sale for just £40,000 – but it’s full of rubbish

A TWO-BEDROOM, three-storey 'eyesore' terrace house filled with rubbish is on sale for just £40,000.

The property, in Camborne, Cornwall is being auctioned in a few days.

The property has a rotting exterior with a boarded-up window and a Union Jack flag on show downstairs.

Environment secretary George Eustice's constituency office is located next door.

Inside, the house is lined with a sea of clutter, dirty clothing and empty booze bottles.

The wallpaper is peeling off upstairs and there are black bags full of rubbish lining the room downstairs.

However, the terrace house is being sold for just £40,000 - a quarter of the price of the average terraced house in Camborne, according to Rightmove.

The listing also boasts a range of local shops and amenities in the area, with easy access to open spaces including Camborne Park and Tuckingmill Valley Park.

The terrace stirred up a strong reaction online after its listing was shared.

One person remarked on social media that the place looked like a "crime scene".

Another said: "Good grief, I bet that smells nice!"

The listing on Allsop stresses that they have not "inspected" the property and that "the photographs and floor plan have been provided by the vendor".

The house isn't the only bargain in the area.

Last week a junk-filled two-bedroom 'cottage' in Camborne was put up for sale for £100,000 on Rightmove,  reported.
