Peeping Tom primary head teacher jailed for using spy pen to record pupils and staff in the toilet
Perv admitted three charges of making indecent photographs of children and two charges of voyeurism
A PRIMARY school head used a spy pen to film pupils in the toilet.
Bristol Crown Court heard Married Ashley Yates, 45, who had told his wife he was a "sexual monster", had filmed a total of nine children and 22 adults.
He was caught when the device was found at 320-pupil Tynings School in Staple Hill, Bristol.
Yates was jailed for two years, eight months at the city’s crown court after admitting voyeurism and making indecent images of children.
He also admitted a further four counts of voyeurism and two counts of securing unauthorised access to computer material.

Det Insp Louise Boyce said: “Yates abused his position of trust to feed his own personal desires.
“His victims were at a place where they should feel totally safe.
“I have no doubt his crimes will have a lasting impact on his victims and their parents.
