Two Ferrari drivers crash £200,000 supercars into each other after one swerved to avoid a DOG in the road
The 205mph sports cars brought to a grinding halt by luckless border collie

TWO Ferrari owners smashed up both of their expensive supercars after one swerved to avoid a DOG that had wandered into the middle of the road.
The 205 mph Italian sports cars, which cost £200,000 each, were travelling through the city of Lijiang, in China, when the car in front suddenly braked at the sight of the stranded Border Collie.
While trying to dodge the pet the car rammed straight into a crash barrier in the centre of the road, sending a section of the metal rail flying into a taxi in the opposite lane.
The Ferrari driver following behind was also unable to react fast enough and rear-ended the first car, causing damage to a total of three vehicles.
Witnesses said the Ferrari 488 GTB drivers, who were both in their 30s, were calm after the accident and escaped any serious injuries.

And while the taxi driver was also unharmed the same cannot be said about the Border Collie, which died in the multiple collision.
Local traffic police in Lijiang, who investigated the crash and looked at surveillance footage, said the Ferrari drivers were not to blame.
Both later tested negative for drink-driving and were not guilty of speeding.
A policeman also noted that the vehicles’ licences and insurances were valid.
Reports said the insurance companies covering the Ferraris could expect to pay around £100,000 to repair EACH vehicle.
Thankfully no pedestrians were injured during the incident either and the unfortunate dog’s owner was not identified in reports.
