MULTIPLE tornadoes devastated the state of Kentucky and left a notable amount of damage.
The tornadoes blew through Kentucky late Friday night, December 10, and early Saturday morning, December 11.
Where is the Kentucky tornado now?
On Friday, December 10, a state of emergency was declared throughout several Midwestern states such as Missouri, Arkansas, and Kentucky due to the number of storms in the region.
Later that night, the state of emergency included tornado warnings for the state of Kentucky.
The large twister was first reported around 11pm EST on Friday and said to hit Princeton, Kentucky.
On Saturday, Mayfield, Kentucky was reported to be the last town hit by the onslaught of twisters.

What was the path of the tornado?
The tornado struck various states in the Midwest, starting with Kentucky.
The twister took it's path on the night of Friday, December 10 and the early morning of Saturday, December 11.
The Kentucky towns impacted include Princeton, Bowling Green, Taylorsville, Dawson Springs, Mayfield, and a number of others.
The strong surge of storms hit the western part of Kentucky in succession and affected a total of more than five counties.

How much damage did the tornado cause?
On Saturday morning, December 11, Kentucky officials claimed the destruction from the repeated weather events is "some of the worst tornado damage that we've seen in a long time."
Kentucky Governor Andy Beshear said, "This is likely to be the most severe tornado outbreak in our state's history."
"We believe our death toll from this event will exceed 50 Kentuckians and probably end up 70 to 100," Beshear continued.
In the city of Mayfield alone, dozens are reported to be dead from the calamity.
The death toll is alleged to be over 100 lives lost through Kentucky as a whole.
