Racist clubber sobs in court as she’s jailed for racially abusing Wetherspoons bouncer in vile rant
A RAGING clubber who racially abused a Wetherspoons doorman and spat in his face wept as she was jailed today.
Sharna Walker, 25, called Tristan Price a “black c***” and a “f***ing n*****” after he refused her entry to a bar in Birmingham.
The reveller also spat at the bouncer in front of horrified onlookers as her racist tirade was caught on camera.
Walker burst into tears today as she was jailed for 14 weeks after admitting racially aggravated assault and criminal damage.
She was also banned from the Figure of Eight bar for two years.
Birmingham Magistrates’ Court heard how Mr Price was left “absolutely disgusted” by the attack outside the pub on May 22.
The doorman added in a victim impact statement: “This incident made me feel very small and worthless and embarrassed. I was very uncomfortable at work afterwards and felt like other people witnessing the incident were staring at me.
“I was so upset, I shared the footage on social media on Instagram.”
The bouncer actually withdrew his support for the prosecution case as he did not want to ruin Walker’s life.
He said: “Having seen the momentum and the publicity the story has gained, this has achieved more than if the matter were to be dealt with by the courts.
“My hope is having seen what happened here, more people will think twice about saying those thoughts of things in the future, and the effect it can have on people it is said to.
“I also have no wish to see the life of the woman who did this to me ruined any more than has already happened as a result of the publicity she has received.
“As a God-fearing person in my heart, I don’t want to add to that which is why I have withdrawn my support for prosecution.”
RACIST RANT
The clip showed Walker pushing tables and furniture after she was booted out of the pub.
She then began screaming at Mr Price for her bag as stunned onlookers watched on.
Walker could be heard yelling: “Where the f*** is my bag moron, where is my bag.”
She then subjected the doorman to a slew of racist abuse before spitting on him.
The clubber was ordered to pay Mr Price £500 compensation.
Sentencing, Judge John Bristow said: “The abhorrent language you used clearly demonstrated hostility towards Mr Price based on his membership, or presumed membership, of a particular racial group.
“This was shocking language which has no place in the United Kingdom and any right-thinking member of the community would be completely appalled by it.”
