Baby-faced 17-year-old’s boast to 13-year-old before dragging vicar from her car in robbery
Reverend Irene Wilson couldn't stop shaking after the vicious car-jacking following a Sunday church service
A baby faced thug car-jacked a female vicar after boasting to his young accomplice: "This is how you f***ing do it'.
Helpless Irene Wilson was dragged from her car before being assaulted by 17-year-old Jay Desborough after a Sunday service on August 7.
Desborough, along with a 13-year-old who cannot be identified for legal reasons, then drove away in her vehicle.
The car contained Reverend Wilson's handbag, £250 in cash, credit cards, an Apple Mac laptop and church keys.
Prosecuting at Hull Youth Court, East Yorks, Sally Robinson said: "The Reverend was in the driver's side of her car after leaving church.
"She started her engine and then spoke on the phone to her daughter briefly.
"She was about to pull away from her parking bay when it is said Desborough approached the car, shouting 'Get out the f****** car' and she was ejected from the vehicle.
"She then shouted for help and was understandably in shock."
CCTV footage played in court showed Desborough and the 13-year-old walking along South Church Side close to Holy Trinity Church in Hull before Desborough approached the Reverend's grey Skoda and got inside.
The 13-year-old is seen running down the street before also getting into the vehicle himself.
An application was successfully made to lift reporting restrictions banning the identification of Desborough; however, magistrates ruled the 13-year-old's identity should be protected.

Giving evidence Reverend Wilson, who was walking with a crutch at the time due to a fall, said the attack has left her terrified.
She told the court: "I saw this lad approach my car and I thought he was going to cross over the road at first but at that point he opened my car door and was very agitated and abusive telling me in all series of languages to get out of the car.
"I cannot remember if he attacked me, he may have done, but I went to get my keys and he wouldn't let me.
"From that moment, my mind has just blanked. I didn't stop shaking until about 5pm that night."
The car was later recovered by police.
All items, apart from the keys and money, were returned.
Desborough pleaded guilty to robbery while the 13-year-old denied robbery but was convicted following a trial.
He told the court he had "panicked" following the robbery and got in the car with Desborough because he did not want to get in trouble.
Magistrates said the 13-year-old was "involved in the essence of the crime" and was guilty of the offence.
Desborough and the 13-year-old were both remanded in custody and will be sentenced on September 20 and September 6 respectively.
