Inside the curse of Baywatch as stars faced arrests, sex tapes & rehab after Patricia Cornwall’s ‘flight meltdown’
BAYWATCH was the hit 90s TV show which entertained millions of viewers around the world with its glamorous beach scenes and tales of heroic rescues.
But for the stars of the show - famous for their red swimsuits - it's not always been plain sailing.
Just this week Patricia Cornwall - who appeared in the program in 1989 - was arrested after alleging hitting an 80-year-old man on a Delta flight.
Footage appears to show Patricia Cornwall - who also modeled for Playboy - arguing with an elderly man on the jet.
The 80-year-old branded Cornwall a “Karen” again while she was being restrained by the masked stewardess, according to the clip.
Here The Sun looks at the sometimes turbulent lives of those who became household names thanks to the show and where they are now.

Five-times married Pammy was arguably the stand-out star of the show, alongside David Hasselhoff.

The pair fell hard and fast, getting married just 96 hours after their first date at a private beach ceremony on 19 February 1995.
A few months later, the couple's now-infamous sex tape was leaked online and by 1996, following the birth of their first son, Brandon, Pamela filed for divorce.
The split didn't last long, with the pair welcoming their second son, Dylan, in December 1997, but new problems soon emerged.
In February 1998, Tommy allegedly attacked Pamela, grabbing and kicking her, and was subsequently arrested and sentenced to serve six months in prison.
Their second divorce followed later that year, but the pair have reunited several times since.
At the Cannes Film Festival in 2014, Pamela revealed that she had been sexually abused as a child.
"I did not have an easy childhood, " she said. "Despite loving parents, I was molested from age six to 10 by a female babysitter."
She also described being raped by an acquaintance a few years later.
"I went to a friend's boyfriend’s house... While she was busy, the boyfriend's older brother decided to teach me backgammon, which led into a back massage, which led to rape – my first heterosexual experience," she said.
"He was 25 years old and I was 12."
Nicole Eggert
Nicole starred as blonde stunner Summer Quinn from 1992 to 1994.
She failed to hit the big time after Baywatch and ended was forced to file for bankruptcy in 2013, according to The Mirror.
She also sold her LA home to cover debts, the report adds.
Eggert has appeared on reality TV shows including Splash, Tattoo Nightmares and Celebrity Fit Club in 2010.
Jeremy Jackson
Jackson played Mitch's son Hobie Buchannon from 1991 to 1999 when he was just ten.
He left years later after struggling with drug addiction.
Jackson said: “I probably made over $2 to $3 million from Baywatch.
"I had the means to destroy myself: I had a lot of money, and I had a lot of people around me that weren’t really my friends but I thought they were, and I totally got sucked into a downward spiral of a lifestyle.
“I smoked pot every day, and I did cocaine until it stopped working. Like, I couldn’t get high off it anymore.”
The former child star was kicked out of Celebrity Big Brother UK in 2015 for opening glamour model Chloe Goodman’s dressing gown.
And in 2015 he was arrested, accused of stabbing a man before the charges were reportedly dropped.
Jackson was arrested again that year for allegedly stabbing a woman.
He was sentenced to a 270-day jail sentence and five years’ probation as part of a no-contest plea deal, reports.
His homeless ex-wife Loni Willison was spotted dumpster diving and pushing her shopping cart in July this year.
The former could got married in 2012 but split in 2014.
Yasmine Bleeth
Brunette beauty Bleeth played Caroline Holden, Stephanie's younger sister from 1993 to 1997.
She dated Matthew Perry and Don Johnson and went on to star in little known US show One Life To Live.
She married a strip club owner who she met in rehab in 2000 for cocaine abuse after her infamous mugshot.
Bleeth said in 2013: "Consciously trying to stay off drugs is now part of my life and always will be."

Four years later she broke her neck diving into her swimming pool.

She said: “Breaking my neck was probably the most devastating thing that I’ve ever been through in my life.
