Bouncer murdered after being chased from outside bar and stabbed in the neck

A BOUNCER was chased from outside a bar and stabbed to death in a car park this morning.
Danny Fox, 29, was found with stab wounds to his neck in a car park in St Helen's, Merseyside.
The doorman was pronounced dead at hospital and a murder investigation has been launched.
Police believe Danny was involved in a verbal altercation outside Bar 44, Westfield Street, close to his place of work, before being chased to North John Street.
Officers have been unable to confirm whether Danny was on duty as a bouncer at the time of his death.
A spokesman for Merseyside Police said: "Detectives have launched a murder investigation following the death of a man in St Helens in the early hours of this morning, Friday 2 September.
"Emergency services were called to North John Street at around 3.20am to reports a man in his 20s had been injured.
"Police and ambulance attended and found the man with a knife wound to the neck.
"He was taken to hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.
"There was a verbal altercation outside Bar 44 on Westfield Street and the victim was then chased to North John Street."

The scene of the attack is currently cordoned off while detectives and forensic teams investigate.
Police are also speaking to witnesses and reviewing CCTV footage from the area.
Danny is understood to have been a well-known employee of Dreem Bar and the establishment has launched an appeal to raise money for his grieving family.
Posts on the bar's Facebook page suggest that next weekend, from September 10, door charges for entry to the bar will be put into this fund.
A spokesman for Dreem Bar said: "It's with great sadness we have lost one of the most adored and best door lads in town.
"He was like family to us – Dreem Bar staff are in utter disbelief.
"Danny wasn't just a door lad he was part of the Dreem team and will be greatly missed.
"Sleep tight our blue eyes."
