Terror Monitor has reported that the brutal sentence was carried out in front of crowds by the ISIS-affiliated Khalid Bin al-Walid army in Syria.
The prisoner's alleged crimes were shouted over the crowd using a loud speaker before the thugs dealt out his sentence.

ISIS has lost control of all territories on Syria's border with Turkey, according to monitoring groups.
