Avery's mother, who wishes to remain anonymous, this week told of her pain after losing her daughter.
She told : "She passed away, but the night before she wasn't poorly and she was the most giggliest baby ever; kicking her legs and smiling as she does."
She added: "From the day she was born I always called her beautiful, so every time she was sat on the settee or in her bouncer I'd tell her how beautiful she was and she'd always smile and make her cooing noises."
