ISIS plot to hit London foiled as anti-terror cops swoop and arrest pair in dawn raid
Anti-terror cops carry out "significant" early morning raid in the capital
TWO brothers were under arrest last night over a suspected bomb plot in London.
The youngest, 19, is alleged to have attempted to purchase chemicals to make an explosive device.
His brother, 20, was also held in a dawn raid at the same West London address.
Security chiefs suspect they were inspired by ISIS in Syria and are investigating if they were in direct contact. No specific target has emerged but MI5 fear they were plotting to build a bomb like those used to kill 52 people on public transport in the capital on July 7, 2005.
Those terrorists stockpiled hydrogen peroxide bought over the counter.

Sources said the alleged plan has been under way for weeks.
Security services have been “extremely busy” on the investigation and a similar one in Birmingham involving chemicals for a bomb.
Sources stressed the two alleged plots are not thought to be linked at this stage.
Properties in South West London and Thames Valley were also searched yesterday.
The 19-year-old was held on suspicion of preparing acts of terrorism.
The 20-year-old was arrested on suspicion of funding terrorism and failure to disclose information regarding a terrorist act. He was also arrested on suspicion of preparing acts of terrorism under a separate investigation.
A third man, 19, who is alleged to be part of the group, was arrested in South London on suspicion of a religiously aggravated offence.
- FOUR men will appear before Westminster JPs today charged with terror offences. They are Naweed Ali, 28, and Khobaib Hussain, 24, of Sparkhill, Birmingham, and Mohibur Rahman, 31, and Tahir Aziz, 37, of Stoke. A fifth man, 18, has been released without charge.
