In a Facebook post, brother Richmond Arquette -- another actor from the famously theatrical family -- revealed Alexis died peacfully after a long battle with an undisclosed illness.

He said Alexis died surrounded by siblings David, Patricia and Rosanna as well as other family members.

She was listening to late pop icon David Bowie's 1972 classic "Starman".
