Moment dad is frisked by cops in front of his crying son after he refused to explain why he was filming cars at police station
Despite his protestations, cops handcuff and search the man during the heated confrontation in Norfolk
THIS is the bizarre moment a man is frisked and handcuffed by cops after he refused to tell them why he was filming outside a police station.
As the unidentified man argues with officers, his terrified son - fearing his dad may be arrested - begins crying loudly.
Footage of the heated confrontation outside the station in Gorleston, Great Yarmouth, was posted later online.
It shows the man filming cops as they drive in and out of the station before he is approached by an officer.
The cop then asks him for what reason he is filming - but the man instantly gets defensive.
He responds: "My purpose. Personal use."
The officer then attempts to elicit further details from him.
The man replies: "Am I obliged to? Under what law? Have I committed a crime?"
When informed that police stations across the country are on high alert due to the threat of terrorism, he says: "You think I'm a terrorist? Behave. Am I being detained?"
"Am I being detained, simple question, yes or no. I'm asking if I'm being detained. I'm going to walk away."
As he does, the officer decides to handcuff him and inform him he is going to be searched.
In the background, the young boy can be heard bursting into tears.
"Don't assault me. What are you doing? What are you putting handcuffs on me for?", the man continues.
Eventually officers release him and make their way back to a van - while he hurls abuse at them, labelling them "clowns in suits".
