Are Russian teens really setting each other on fire before jumping off bridges to get ‘likes’?

UNBELIEVABLE footage appears to show thrill-seeking teens dousing themselves in flammable liquid before jumping off a bridge into a river.

The shocking video has gone viral since being filmed by the prankster and a pal in the south-west Russian city Penza.

Another video taken by the teens was also uploaded online.

In the first, a teen boy dressed in a coat is filmed from behind.

His friend douses him in a flammable liquid before putting a lighter to his coat and setting him alight.

The boy is quickly engulfed in flames and throws himself off the bridge and into the river.

In a second video, filmed from further away, both burning daredevils are seen jumping from the same bridge.

Their friends are seen standing on the bridge and supporting their dangerous stunt.

Two boys can later be seen swimming from the water as the stunt apparently left them unharmed.

One of the thrill-seeking youngsters, who was not named, said: "We did it for the likes on social media.

"We took the idea from a blogger. We made a bet with our friends and jumped off the bridge. We wanted to get a lot of views."
The police are checking the circumstances of the stunt and have already reportedly arrested one of the pair.
