COMMONS new boys had the best view in Westminster before the ex-Prime Minister resigned after the Brexit vote

FOUR rookie Tory MPs pushed out of their Commons office by David Cameron two months ago are mounting a bid to get it back.

The Commons new boys shared the large room in St Stephen’s Tower, which boasts the best view in Westminster.

But Tory whips gave them just 24 hours to leave it in July after the former PM’s swift resignation to give him a grand new berth.

One of the rookies given their marching orders, MP for Gower Byron Davies, told The Sun: “Our request to go back was in within minutes on Monday”.

Mr Davies added: “We Welsh MPs hunt as a pack, and it was very useful to discuss issues together for the benefit of our constituents.

“None of us enjoyed having to move out.

The other three are GP James Davies, former councillor Craig Williams and auctioneer Chris Davies.

A senior government source told The Sun last night that they were likely to succeed in their bid as new Chief Whip Gavin Williamson wanted to help them.

Mr Cameron yesterday celebrated his first day not as an MP in 15 years by taking his younger daughter Florence to school, before meeting advisers.
