Hate preacher Anjem Choudary moans as cops kept his gaming consoles seized in raids
HATE preacher Anjem Choudary is moaning that cops have kept his gaming consoles seized in raids dating from 2011.
He claims the Met is refusing to return more than 200 of his items, including two Nintendos and a PlayStation.
A source said: “Choudary’s fuming. He’s going to send a complaint.”
The ex-al-Muhajiroun extremist group leader was jailed in 2016 after encouraging support for IS.
He was demanding Sharia law outside Saudi Arabia’s London embassy last week, his first demo since being released.
Tory MP Nigel Mills said: “It’s ironic he is lobbying for the return of Western luxuries such as games consoles when he hates the West.”
The Met declined to comment.
