Shocking moment driver threatens warden with bread knife for clamping his Mercedes over £2.50 charge
THIS is the shocking moment a motorist goes berserk and threatens a wheel clamper with a bread knife - all because of a £2.50 fine.
Owen Miller, 60, charged at enforcement officer Terence Mytton after he spotted his Mercedes getting clamped.

Chilling footage from Mr Mytton's body-camera shows furious Miller wielding the eight-inch blade as he circles him.
The knifeman then attempts to smack the enforcement officer's phone out of his hand as the situation boils over into utter chaos.
Miller - from West Moors, Dorset, where the confrontation took place - then holds Mr Mytton at knifepoint and forces him to return to his vehicle to unclamp it.
In the video from the June 17, 2021 attack, Mytton screams: "Leave me alone.

"Don't do it mate... I'm sorry, I'm sorry... I have got children."
And in one harrowing moment the frantic knifeman can be heard saying: "If you don't I'll cut off your [inaudible]."
Throughout the horrific ordeal, Mr Mytton - a former British Army soldier who suffers from PTSD - feared for his life.
After the multiple threats to his life, he agrees to unclamp the car.

Miller was caged for eight months after he pleaded guilty to a charge of threatening a person with a bladed article in a public place.
Stuart Ellacott, prosecuting, told Bournemouth Crown Court that Mr Mytton went to Miller's address to carry out a warrant issued by Northamptonshire County Court.
This was in relation to the non-payment of a £2.50 charge for the Dartford Crossing in Kent.
Mr Mytton found Miller's Mercedes at the rear of his house and clamped it before speaking to the defendant at his front door.
Mr Ellacott said Miller was "aggressive" towards Mr Mytton "as if he wanted to fight".
He said: "Mr Mytton stepped back trying to keep distance and that part of the incident came to an end with Mr Mytton handing over paperwork."

Miller then returned inside before coming back out armed with the bread knife.
After Mr Mytton agreed to unclamp the car Miller apologised to the victim who replied: "It's a bit late for that, you could have killed me."
A victim statement from Mr Mytton said he had a history of PTSD from his days in the army and following this incident he struggled leaving his flat.
He said he suffers from anxiety and depression as a result of Miller's attack.

Rob Griffiths, mitigating, said the incident was 'out of character' and Miller failed to seek help for stress due to going through a divorce.

He said Miller wanted to apologise to Mr Mytton.
In jailing Miller for the attack, Recorder Hannah Willcocks QC said it was a "terrifying incident".
