Randy couple ‘caught romping’ on car bonnet at roadside by Google Maps camera

A GOOGLE Street View camera captured the moment a couple appeared to have sex over a car bonnet at the side of the road.

A man swigging a beer with one hand is seen with his shorts part-way down while standing behind his partner on a highway in South Australia.

The woman even appears to smile and wave as the roof-mounted camera passes their silver BMW.

The images were snapped by the Google car near the town of Keith, in rural South Australia.

They re-emerged today when they were in the Google Maps Shenanigans thread.

One comment in the replies said they couple had “no shame” but other users called them “legends”.

One said: “At least they were being safe and pulled over!”

Another said: “Lmao I must have driven past that spot 8-9 times driving between Adelaide and Melbourne.”

Another joked: “Best thing about south Australia is the highway outta there! May as well cop a root on it.”

The images first went viral in 2013, when it was suggested the couple had staged the pics as a prank.

It is thought they may have overtaken the Google car then pulled over and pretended to have sex, hoping to be seen on the camera.

The user who reposted them online today claimed to have found the spot where the viral pics were taken in February 2010.

The pixellation in the original images was added by those who shared them online.

Now the couple are heavily blurred all over by the Google maps app, which does not allow sexual content.

Google’s algorithm also automatically blurs people’s faces and car number plates in more recent versions.

That is a good thing for those who have been caught in some very embarrassing moments – from couples having sex in public to a man who peed his pants.

One unlucky punter was pictured on Street View leaving a sex shop in Weymouth, Dorset.
