Footage shows a group of officers stopping the white van after he drove in the wrong direction up a one way street, reported.

Jose Marco Rodriguez Cabello was questioned over the incident because his wayward driving left a bus unable to turn.

While one of the officers is speaking to him through the open driver's door, he suddenly lurches forward.
