Petersburg shooting today – ‘Children among SIX shot’ in Virginia as cops swarm area and urge residents to stay away
SEVERAL people, including multiple children, were shot on Friday night in three separate shootings in Petersburg, Virginia, police say.
At least six people, reportedly three children and three adults, were shot in three locations in a span of just two hours, according to officials.
Chambliss confirmed that four people were shot at this location, three children and one adult,
Police told the news outlet that the three children were believed to be around 12 to 13 years old.

The adult found shot at that location is reportedly in their 30s.
As Covil the chaotic scene of the second shooting on Facebook Live, news broke of a third shooting on the city's West End.
Officers said that a person was reportedly shot in the head on Boydton Plank Road.
"It's real tough. We're being that told we've got adults as well as children. I don't have ages yet," Chambliss said.
"It's an active scene here. A lot of people here," Covil said in the broadcast.
"What is happening and going on in Petersburg is hard to describe."
As the scenes were still active, residents were urged to avoid the locations of the shootings.
No information has been made available about the victims' conditions, but all six were taken to the hospital.

Virginia State Police are assisting local police with the investigation.
