Army Sergeant sacked after sexually assaulting female soldier
AN Army Sergeant has been kicked out for pushing a female soldier on to a bed and exposing himself to her.
Sgt Mathew Fieldhouse, 37, tried to undo her belt before undoing his own.
Married Fieldhouse, whose wife was pregnant at the time, began playing with himself so she fled to another room.
His victim was junior to him and going through a difficult time, a court martial heard.
She felt as though Fieldhouse, whom she considered a friend, “took advantage of her vulnerability”.
Fieldhouse, who was in the Royal Logistics Corps and had 20 years of exemplary service, denied sexual assault but was found guilty at Bulford Military Court, Wilts.
