A police cordon has been put in place around Toddler's Cove while investigations are carried out
A 15-YEAR-OLD schoolgirl has allegedly been raped in a popular toddler’s playground in Kent.
The teen told police she was attacked at Toddler’s Cove playground in Canterbury on Friday night.
Detectives are investigation the allegations and have cordoned off the playground.
A Kent police spokesman said: “On Sunday Kent Police received a report that a 15-year-old girl had been raped shortly before midnight on Friday September 23.
“As part of the inquiry, officers have put a cordon in place in the Toddler’s Cove playground, off Whitehall Road.
“Enquiries into the incident are currently ongoing.”
