Man accused of trying to sell 3,000 iCloud pics from Pippa Middleton’s phone to The Sun flicks the middle finger after being released on bail
Police launched investigation after The Sun revealed a hacker asked for £50,000 for photos
The PlayStation geek arrested after Pippa Middleton’s iCloud account was hacked for 3,000 private photographs flicked a photographer the middle finger after he was released on bail.
Jobless dad Nathan Wyatt, 35, was being quizzed by officers on Sunday after he was arrested on Saturday night.
The Sun revealed on Saturday how 3,000 photographs were stolen for Pippa’s iCloud account and offered for sale by someone demanding £50,000 within 48 hours.
It included shots of her sister the Duchess of Cambridge’s children, Prince George and Princess Charlotte.
The images also included Pippa at a wedding dress fitting and a nude pic of her fiance, James Matthews.
Scotland Yard tasked specialist officers to the case after we revealed the hack and Pippa called in lawyers.
The 35-year-old was arrested by police in Northampton on Saturday night on suspicion of an offence under the Computer Misuse Act.
He has since been quizzed by officers from the Met Police and released on bail until a date in late November.
Exclusive pictures published by The Sun show him with a fag in his mouth playing video games in his living room surrounded by kids' plastic toys and a baby at his feet.
The Northamptonshire home he shares with his fiancée Kelly Howell and their kids was being searched by forensic teams this weekend.
Cops were seen taking pictures inside the £200,000 three-bedroom property during the night.
Officers were also particularly interested in papers in the back of Wyatt’s blue Ford Puma coupe.
Neighbour Patricia Kightly, 57, was shocked at the police action and said Wyatt was a trusted member of the community.
She told The Sun: “They are a nice, respectable couple. I have only only heard them squabbling twice in the years they’ve been here.
“They’ve even kept an eye on my house while I’ve been away for me so they are people I trust."
Another local said they had heard Wyatt’s fiancé Kelly tell one of her children “it’s all right darling go to sleep” when cops were in the house.
A neighbour who asked not to be named added: “He stays at home and she works.
“They all turned up at 10pm on Saturday night.
“They were taking a lot of pictures in the house but also outside.
“The cops were checking in the boot of his car and looking for paperwork.
“He is friendly and always says good morning - police haven’t told us what it is about.”
Wyatt’s online presence talks at great length about Sony PlayStation games but also shows a knowledge of computers.
His Facebook page claims “I used to be a getaway driver” and says he is originally from Milton Keynes.
Earlier this year he said he had started studying at Sir Frank Markham Community School.
He posted online on August 13 last year: “Day started s***, I’m turning it around #weednspeed.
Five days earlier he shared a link to an app called The Tunnel Bear, which allows users to browse privately online and “experience the internet as if you are in another country”.
