11-year-old schoolgirl’s recipe for sticky toffee pudding goes on menu of world’s only seven star hotel (but her dad is a Michelin-starred chef)
Jessica Outlaw is the daughter of Michelin-starred Nathan Outlaw
THE eleven-year-old daughter of a Michelin-starred chef has proved talent in the kitchen definitely runs in the family - as one of her recipes has been added to the menu at the world's most luxurious hotel.
Jessica Outlaw's signature sticky toffee pudding recipe is on the menu at a new restaurant at the Burj Al Arab Jumeirah in Dubai - known as the world's only seven-star hotel.
Jessica's dad, Nathan - who owns three other restaurants, including the two Michelin star Restaurant Nathan Outlaw in Port Isaac, Cornwall - has recently collaborated with the hotel to open Nathan Outlaw at Al Mahara.
The British chef is best known for his seafood, and prides himself on serving the freshest, most sustainable produce.
And Jessica, who is in year 7 at Wadebridge School, was quick to get involved in her dad's latest venture - and her take on the classic dessert, which won the Sticky Toffee Pudding Championships in Padstow, Cornwall, will now be served to the Burj Al Arab's exclusive guests.
