The trial is now scheduled to conclude on Friday, May 27, 2022.
It was originally set to end on Thursday, May 19, 2022, but had to be extended as there was more evidence to be heard.
Once this has happened lawyers for both Depp and Heard will make their closing statements before the jury make their decision.

Why is Johnny Depp suing Amber Heard?
Depp's lawsuit comes after he sued his former wife for defamation after she published an article in The Washington Post in 2018.
Heard did not name Depp in the article, but he claims it has cost him acting roles.
The trial has become a battleground over proving the truth about their relationship.
Heard and Depp's marriage lasted from 2015 to 2016.
