Burglar left red-faced after two brothers stop him fleeing by pulling down his trousers

A BURGLAR was stopped from escaping when two brothers pulled down his trousers, a court heard.
Crook Henry Barton was spotted trying to climb out a window of David and Robert Watts’ late parents’ home.
The pair, 50s, gave chase and grappled with him in the dark in the garden.
Barton, 40, bit David’s fingers and Robert was left with a bruised leg.
But as he was tackled to the ground they pulled down his trousers and also removed his shoes in the melee.
The partially clothed thief – armed with a screwdriver and on bail for arson - was apprehended until cops arrived in East Peckham, Kent.
His accomplice Liam McCloskey, 36, was found covered in mud hiding in a bush in the garden on November 14, last year.
Officers recovered a stash of stolen goods including a watch, metal owl, brooches and other decorative ornaments taken from the house.
Prosecutor James Benson told Maidstone Crown Court how the brothers had arrived at the house after the alarm was triggered.
