Bride-to-be, 27, repeatedly stabbed on hen-do while wearing inflatable penis costume
A BRIDE-to-be was repeatedly stabbed on her hen-do while wearing an inflatable penis, a court has heard.
Laura Inglic, 23, was stabbed several times by Ronald McKinnon, 27 as she celebrated her engagement with friends in Eaglesham, Scotland last year.
Paisley Sheirff Court heard how her attacker had reportedly used a "sharp implement" in an attempt to deflate the outfit in what was considered a random attack.
Mr McKinnon, who has already appeared before a judge, has yet to be sentenced.

Laura, a former star striker with 2021 Scottish Women's Football League winners Bishopton Ladies, was reportedly shaken up, but unharmed.

McKinnon was charged with possession of a knife in public and culpable and reckless conduct by stabbing the costume.
He pled guilty to the latter charge as police concluded that he had "repeatedly stabbed an inflatable costume worn by Laura Inglis with utter disregard to the consequences".
Appearing in the dock on Wednesday, the court heard from defence solicitor Tony Callahan, who pleaded that McKinnon had struggled with alcohol addiction.
He added that he had turned his life around ahead of becoming a dad.

He explained: "This is an unusual case. He is now sober, having sought assistance for his difficulties and he continues to engage.
"His partner is expecting their first child in October".
Mr Callahan pleaded for McKinnon to be placed on a Community Payback Order under the supervision of social workers.
But Sheriff Gillian Craig believed that would not be an adequate course of action in regards to the offence.
She explained: "Supervision may be of assistance to your client but he seems to be fairly motivated to help himself anyway".
Speaking to McKinnon she added: “In relation to this matter, I'm not going to impose a sentence at this stage.
"I'm going to defer sentencing again, for a period of four months, and that's simply to keep an eye on you, sir".

McKinnon was advised to keep out of trouble with a return to the dock scheduled for October.
Laura, meanwhile, has yet to comment publicly on the case.
