Vladimir Putin’s ‘lover’ spotted in public wearing wedding ring
33-year-old Alina Kabaeva has been linked to the Russian president since 2008
A RUSSIAN ex-gymnast rumoured to be the mother of Vladamir Putin’s secret kids has appeared in public for the first time wearing what seemed to be a wedding ring.
It is not the first time Alina has been spotted sporting an apparent wedding ring
33-year-old Alina Kabaeva, who has been linked to the Russian president since 2008, attended an ice skating show in Moscow accompanied by two boys.
A witness also said the Olympian sported a wedding ring – which she apparently made a pointed effort to conceal from cameras.
However, Kabaeva did not confirm if she was related to the two boys.
63-year-old Putin, who is also known for being fiercely private about his personal life, divorced his ex-wife Lyudmila in 2013 – and speculation about a relationship with Kabaeva continues, even though she has denied it on record.
Last year, there were rumours that Kabaeva was pregnant when she attended a girls’ gymnastics competition in Moscow wearing a loose-fitting red dress – which appeared to be hiding a bump.
It has been over a decade since “Russia’s First Mistress” has been romantically linked with anyone apart from Putin – but she has refused to name her mystery partner in interviews.
Meanwhile, Putin himself has said: “I have a private life in which I do not permit interference… it must be respected.”
