A MUM fell 50ft to her death in a tragic accident while her two children waited in the car to set off on holiday.
Janetina, 36, reportedly went back to get another bag from their apartment, but found the door stuck.
So she asked her neighbour if she could jump across to her balcony and get in that way.
She is believed to have slipped between the third-floor balconies and landed in a courtyard behind block in the Pagrati district of Athens, Greece.
Neighbours said the mum of two was about to set off with her children to join her husband in Naxos on Monday evening.
She packed all their luggage, then her kids aged five and two got into the car along with an aunt, .

Then she realised she had forgotten one child's bag and went back up to the third floor.
She found she could not open the door and was anxious not to delay the journey, the reports said.
She rang her neighbour's bell and asked to climb from her balcony to her own.
The mum had jumped between balconies several times before without difficulty, neighbours said.

This time however she slipped on a loose tile and fell 50ft, .
An ambulance took her to hospital but she could not be saved.
Neighbours told local TV of their shock after the tragedy left two kids without a mother.
Friends also posted tributes on social media.
Comments lamented the "tragedy of fate" and the "mistake that cost her her life".
