Horwich Conservative Club slammed for promising strippers at ‘Gentlemens Evening’ to attract new members
Club bosses insist punters will not be allowed to touch the performers
A STRUGGLING Conservative Club has caused outrage by using strippers to entice new members.
It is throwing a £15-a-head “Gentlemen’s Evening” to boost numbers and raise funds.
The lads-only event later this month will feature “a comedian, strippers, waitresses and food.”
Club bosses insist punters will not be allowed to touch the performers.
But a poster promoting the event at Horwich Conservative Club in Bolton has caused a furious backlash online.
