A COUPLE were found dead days after a suspected heroin overdose when their seven-year-old daughter told her teachers she couldn't wake her parents up.
The bodies of Christopher Dilly, 26, and Jessica Lally, 25, were found by police on Monday.
Their eldest daughter -- sister to three younger siblings -- called her school that morning saying she couldn't wake her mum and dad up.
A nine-month-old girl, three-year-old boy and five-year-old boy who were found at the home in McKeesport, Pennsylvania were taken into care.
An exact cause of death has not yet been established but police found evidence of hard drug use in the property.
The family had been publicly shamed on social media for their grotty living standards in February.
Courtney Lally, Jessica's sister, posted photographs on Facebook showing the home in an appalling condition, reports.
