Missing girls, aged six and nine, who vanished from home found after cops’ urgent appeal

TWO young girls who vanished from their home have been found by police.

A frantic search was launched after Frankie, nine, and six-year-old Lexi disappeared in Hatfield, Herts, this afternoon.

Cops launched an urgent appeal after the two schoolgirls were reported missing.

But search efforts have now been called off after the pair were found safe and well.

Herts Police tweeted: "Missing Frankie and Lexi from #Hatfield have now been found.

"Thank you to everyone who shared our appeal."
