Man, 58, stabbed to death in west London pub as murder cops arrest 58-year-old suspect

A 58-year-old man has been arrested after the suspected stabbing murder of another man at a pub in West London.

Paramedics rushed to the Star & Scorpion on Uxbridge Road, Ealing, shortly before midnight on Saturday where they found a man with stab wounds inside.

The victim, also 58, was pronounced dead at the scene.

Scotland Yard has launched a murder investigation and arrested a suspect, who remains in custody at a West London police station.

The victim's family have been informed and will be supported by specialist officers, the force added.

A post-mortem examination and formal identification will be arranged in due course, the police statement said.
