Ahead of his debate with Hillary Clinton tonight, senior Republicans called on him to abandon his presidential campaign but the loudmouth tycoon insisted he will stay and was cheered by adoring supporters last night as he left his Trump Tower skyscraper in New York.

New shocking details have emerged of comments Trump made to shock-jock Howard Stern about his daughter Ivanka.
While being interviewed for a September 2004 show, the billionaire businessman - who was 58 at the time - told the radio host that his then 22-year-old daughter was "beautiful" before Stern asked: "Can I say this... A piece of a**?"
"Yeah," says Trump.
Two years on in an October 2006 interview, Trump discussed Ivanka's breasts with Stern on the show.
Stern said Ivanka "looks more voluptuous than ever" and then asked Trump if she had breast implants.
Trump denied she had ever had surgery, adding: "She's always been quite voluptuous" and "she's tall, she's almost 6 feet tall and she's been, she's an amazing beauty."

The fresh batch of sexist comments emerged just hours after Trump was caught out for saying his celebrity status allowed him to grope and kiss women.
A video recording from Access Hollywood, posted on , was filmed in 2005 to promote Trump's upcoming appearance on the US soap 'Days of Our Lives'.
Speaking to presenter Billy Bush, the recording features audio of Bush and Trump’s conversation inside the bus, as well as audio and video once they emerge from it to begin shooting the segment.
During the audio, which was recorded months after he married his third wife, Melania, Trump can be heard talking candidly about how his failed attempt to seduce an unnamed woman - who has since been identified as Nancy O'Dell.

In an initial statement Trump said: "This was locker room banter, a private conversation that took place many years ago.
"Bill Clinton has said far worse to me on the golf course - not even close.
"I apologise if anyone was offended."
He then released an updated response in the face of a fierce backlash.
Melania Trump released a statement saying she found the remarks in the video "offensive".

And Trump was also heavily criticised by members of his own party - who called upon him to stand down.
In a video on Facebook, Utah Sen. Mike Lee said: It’s occurred to me on countless occasions today that if anyone spoke to my wife or my daughter or my five sisters like the way Mr. Trump has spoke to women, I wouldn’t hire that person, I wouldn’t want to be associated with that person."
Rep. Barbara Comstock added: "In light of these comments, Donald Trump should step aside and allow our party to replace him with Mike Pence or another appropriate nominee from the Republican Party.”
Meanwhile, a source told the Associated Press that Trump's running mate, Mike Pence, was "beside himself" - while his wife was furious.
Jeb Bush, who for a short time went up against Trump to be the Republican candidate, also tweeted and said "no apology" could excuse his behaviour:
As the grandfather of two precious girls, I find that no apology can excuse away Donald Trump's reprehensible comments degrading women.

The presenter in the video, Billy Bush, is the nephew of former president George H.W. Bush, and first cousins with George W. and Jeb Bush.
He can be seen asking Ms Zucker for a 'little hug for Bushy'.
According to the Post, in a statement released by NBC Universal, Mr Bush said: "Obviously I’m embarrassed and ashamed.
"It’s no excuse, but this happened eleven years ago, I was younger, less mature, and acted foolishly in playing along.
"I’m very sorry."
