Gay ‘serial killer’ accused of drugging and murdering four men ‘wore blonde wig to give him confidence to seduce them’
Stephen Port, 41, allegedly poisoned four victims with lethal doses of the party drug GHB to satisfy his fetish for sex with unconscious men
AN ALLEGED serial killer sported a blonde wig to give him the confidence to seduce his young male victims on dating sites including Grindr, a court heard today.
The chef, who also worked as a male escort, then dragged the bodies from his one-bedroom flat in Barking, east London and dumped three in a nearby churchyard, it is claimed.
Some had been propped up in a sitting position with bottles of GHB planted on them and one was found clutching a fake suicide note, the Old Bailey has heard.
Port is also accused of raping seven other men in a string of sex attacks dating back to 2012.
Today jurors were read statements from his former lovers who claimed the bald murder suspect fastened a blonde wig onto his head to increase his confidence when he met other men.
One ex boyfriend, who was just 16 when he started seeing Port in 2009, claimed their sex was “always consensual”.
