Email leak reveals Hillary Clinton aide labelled her daughter Chelsea a ‘spoiled brat’ and her team lined up a 71-page ‘hits’ file on Democratic rival Bernie Sanders
The hack on chairman John Podesta’s email account has rocked the campaign
THE latest Wikileaks email leak shows that Hillary Clinton compiled a 71 page ‘hit’ dossier on rival Bernie Sanders and that a close aide called her daughter “a spoiled brat”.
The Democratic Presidential candidate has been rocked by the hack to campaign chairman John Podesta’s email account.
One of the Bill Clinton’s closest aides, Doug Band, launched a scathing attack on daughter Chelsea Clinton in a series of emails to Podesta and Cheryl Mills – Hillary’s chief of staff at the State Department.
The emails, from November 2011, were sent around the time the power couple’s only-child was taking a bigger role within their charity the Clinton Foundation.
Band branded Chelsea “spoiled” and claimed she “has a lack of focus in life.”

He wrote: “She is acting like a spoiled brat kid who has nothing else to do but create issues to justify what she's doing because she, as she has said, hasn't found her way and has a lack of focus in life.”
In further embarrassment to the Democratic campaign, messages between Podesta and research director Tony Carrk last October prove her team plotted a series of policy attacks against Vermont Senator Sanders – after his campaign started to gain momentum.
At the start of the Democratic primaries, the campaign looked to damage Sander’s reputation among voters in Iowa – which is the first state to vote for each party’s candidate.
In an email, Carrk wrote: “Per HRC’s request, we are doing a deeper dive on Sanders’s agriculture record to see if there is anything that could be problematic to Iowa.”
Another attack, claiming Sander’s took a $10,000 contribution from American Crystal Sugar, looked to hurt his image as a ‘union-friendly’ liberal.
The company had previously been involved in a two-year dispute with its workers.
The emails also mentioned highlighting the 75-year-old’s inconsistent stance on gay rights and his perceived right-wing stance on gun laws – something which Clinton did use against him in the primary debates.
Since winning the Democratic nomination, Hillary has been embroiled in a nasty contest with Republican nominee Donald Trump.
During Sunday’s second Presidential debate, brash billionaire Trump accused former US president Bill Clinton of being “abusive to women.”
He also said his Democrat rival should be “ashamed” of her behaviour towards her husband’s accusers.
