Furious locals slam police for neglecting to crack down on sex workers after viral video of sex act in broad daylight
Vile footage shot in the early morning as kids were heading off to school has enraged locals who feel cops aren't doing enough
THIS is the vile moment a man was filmed being serviced by a prostitute on a busy tourist street in broad daylight.
The clip shows a woman sitting down in front of a man, using her hands and mouth to pleasure him.
Both seem unperturbed by pedestrians walking along the bustling road in Barcelona, Spain.
The video was shot by a disgusted couple living in the Robador area of the popular tourist neighbourhood Raval, who said children were heading off to school as the pair engaged in the sex act.
They posted the video online to make a statement and gain officials' attention.
The confronting clip has since gone viral, prompting angry residents to demand police do more to crack down on prostitution in the area.
In an interview with CEN, the pair insisted the red light trade is ruining the city’s reputation and many tourism highlights.

Speaking on the condition of anonymity, one resident told local media: "The person who is seen in the video is not one of the prostitutes who usually works in the area.
“We think that it is a person who needs money and goes to a social service centre in the area.
“Actually, what you can see in the video is a case of exploitation, of abuse."
'We've picked up dozens of syringes in just one day'
Locals in Robador also claim they have experienced a severe increase in drug use in public spaces.
One told local TV: "There are some squatter houses that are used by the drug traffickers as selling points.
“We have picked up dozens of syringes in just one day.
“In addition, our relationship with prostitutes is every day more difficult, they seem to see this entire area is their territory and we are just in the way."
Neighbours are calling for a comprehensive rehabilitation campaign for the area.
They hope implementation of such a programme would promote local commerce and stop prostitution and drug trafficking simultaneously.
