Boss gives ALL of his 431 staff a £200 a month bonus to help with rising energy bills
A BOSS is giving all his 431 staff £200 a month to help with their energy bills until further notice.
Daron Hutt runs phone systems company 4Com which topped The Sunday Times 100 Best Companies list in 2017.
At a meeting with his “truly fantastic team” he said: “We can help offset some of the price rises that are clearly coming.”
He said: "Thanks to that growth, we’re in a position where we can help offset some of the price rises that are clearly coming.
"What we are putting into place, effective immediately, is an Energy Support Bonus, whereby each and every person in the company will receive an increase of £200 a month in their payslips until further notice."
Chief executive Gary Scutt said: “Our priority with our Energy Support Bonus is supporting the team we’ve built here over the years — they’re our most valuable asset.”

The firm, based in Bournemouth, Dorset, was founded in 1999.
Gary said: “We are continuing to grow with over 50 roles available and this bonus will be extended to all joining.”
Ofgem, the energy price regulator, recently announced they will lift the price cap on energy bills every three months as part of a massive billing shake-up.
This means prices are expected to soar to around £3,635 per household in October, with a further rise in January.
