Brit, 34, fighting for life & left in coma after horror hotel balcony plunge while on holiday in Mexico
A BRIT has been left fighting for his life after plunging from a hotel balcony in Cancun, Mexico.
The man- believed to be a 34-year-old tourist - is in a coma after suffering severe head injuries following the fall.
Emergency services rushed to the scene after reports a man had fallen from a balcony at the Moon Palace hotel in the Puerto Morelos area.
The man was taken to the Galenia hospital but was later transferred to the General Hospital where he remains in serious condition.
The horrific incident happened on Sunday when the 34-year-old Brit fell from the hotel balcony in Cancun, local media reported.
Hotel staff alerted paramedics who arrived at the hotel and transferred the man to the hospital.

The Brit - who is said to have been on holiday with his partner - remains in a coma following the horror fall.
It comes after last week a British woman died after plunging from a hotel in the Majorcan capital Palma.
And last month another Brit tragically died after falling from a seventh-floor balcony during a holiday in Turkey.
Back in May, a Brit tourist died in Spain after reportedly falling from the seventh floor of a hotel in Magaluf.
