Mum lied she had been abducted and gang raped sent a picture of her tied up to her boyfriend

A DERANGED mum pretended she had been abducted and raped by four men and sent a photo of herself bound and gagged to her boyfriend.

Leiha Artman, from Michigan in the US, claimed she was bundled into the boot of a car on her own driveway when the men had stopped to ask for directions.

The 25-year-old alleged she had been blindfolded and bound by her hands and feet before being driven to an unknown location and beaten and raped.

While she was missing Artman sent her boyfriend text messages and a photo of herself gagged and bleeding.

Her harrowing ordeal was reported to police in Muskegon County, Michigan, but turned out to be untrue.

Artman pleaded guilty to false report as a felony and was sentenced to 12 months in jail.

US cops have not revealed why she fabricated the story.

Her boyfriend claimed the story was only partly made-up and said: "All I know is that I woke up to some very, very brutal pictures.

"She did make up a story saying it was four black men but, at the end of the day, she did get really, really hurt by someone."
