Perv banned from going within 100 metres of stables after he filmed himself having sex with a HORSE
Shane Taylor-Waters, 36, was caught for the second time after he was cautioned for a similar offence as a teenager
A PERVERT who filmed himself having sex with a horse has been banned from going within 100 yards of the stables where the owner caught him in the act.
Shane Taylor-Waters, 36, narrowly avoided jail after admitting sexual penetration of an animal - the SECOND time he has been caught after he was cautioned for a similar offence as a teenager.
Disgusted District Judge Lewis Jones told him ordinary people would be "repulsed" by what he had done.
He said: "You ought to recognise that you need help and that you are fortunate not to be going to prison today."
Taylor-Waters, of Accrington, Lancs, was made subject to a community order for two years with conditions he attends the sex offender treatment programme and complete 30 days' rehabilitation.
He was ordered to pay £85 costs and £60 victim surcharge and made subject to a restraining order which bans him from approaching Town Bent stables in Oswaldtwistle.

Alex Mann, prosecuting, told Blackburn magistrates how Bernadette Hilary kept horses at the livery yard and went to see to her animals on the day of the offence last November.
She realised someone was there and after she shouted, Taylor-Waters came out of the stable of a mare called Izzy.
Mrs Mann added: "When Mrs Hilary went into the stable it was clear someone had been in. Mrs Hilary also had noticed handprints on the horse's behind."
Previously the court had heard that Mrs Hilary had noticed a "substance" on the back leg of one the horses.
She cleaned it off before contacting the police.
When he was interviewed by Lancashire Police, Taylor-Waters admitted having sex with the horse and filming it on his mobile.
Taylor-Waters' only previous criminal matter was a caution for sexual behaviour with an animal in 1997.
Richard Prew, defending, said: "My client says he made images so he could look back with revulsion at what he had done rather than show it to someone else.
"He has lost his family, his home and now his job as a result of this incident.
"He needs closure on this and he needs to go forward with his life."
