Sick paedophile records sexually assaulting six-year-old alongside HIV positive man then posts video online

A SICK pedophile who sexually assaulted a six-year-old-boy alongside another man who had HIV pleaded guilty after he posted the footage of the abuse on online.

William Byers Augusta admitted to the rape of the child, as well as a number of other charges when he appeared at the Cumberland Court in Carlisle, Pennsylvania, in the US.

The prosecutors said a broadcast of the horrific footage had been intercepted by Canadian authorities in July last year.

They alerted authorities in Cumberland County and Byers Augusta's home was searched and he was arrested.

They then found another 10 recorded instances of the little boy being abused.

According to , the cops seized a number of electronic devices from the house, including a laptop.

It was when they viewed footage they saw Byers Augusta, 20, assaulting the victim alongside Ira task, 62, who is HIV positive.

He did not wear protection while he was abusing the little boy, even though he was aware of his HIV status for over 20 years.

Investigators believe he met Augusta Byers in an online chatroom, and they then arranged to meet at his home in Harrisburg.

Other videos showed the victim being tied up, kicked in the stomach and forced to perform sex acts.

Cops also discovered 50 images of child pornography on electronic devices.

Byers Augusta pleaded guilty to a number of different charges, which included 11 counts of child rape.

Others were aggravated indecent assault of a child, possession of child pornography, aggravated assault,  and criminal conspiracy to commit rape of a child.

He is scheduled to be sentenced on January 17, 2017.

Task was sentenced to 17 to 40 years in prison back in June as a separate case.

The child pornography charges have been dismissed and are pending in a federal case
