Man in BMW ‘tried to pull woman into car after she declined lift’ – with cops searching for tall suspect
COPS are hunting for the passenger of a BMW after he tried to pull a woman into the car when she declined a lift.
Thames Valley Police is appealing for witnesses following the attempted kidnapping in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire.
At around 12.30am today the victim, a woman in her twenties, was walking along Taylor Road when a white BMW pulled alongside her.
A man sitting in the front of the car jumped out of the vehicle and tried to bundle her into the motor, before she escaped.
The offender is described as a tall, black man wearing a white t-shirt.
Detective Constable Mark Banham said: “We are carrying out a thorough investigation into what happened and don’t believe there to be a wider risk to the community.
“We’re appealing to anyone who may have witnessed what happened to please come forward.
