Cops probe Wood Green murder after man is stabbed outside busy North London bar
Emergency services were called at 3.20am to reports of a stabbing where Vincent Harvey was pronounced dead at the scene.
A MURDER investigation has been launched after a 33-year-old man was found stabbed to death in outside a busy bar in met North London.
The Met Police and London Ambulance were called to a stabbing outside the Jolly Anglers pub where Vincent Harvey was pronounced dead at the scene.
Next of kin have been informed and a post-mortem examination will be arranged in due course.
Detectives from the Homicide and Major Crime Command, led by Detective Chief Inspector Noel McHugh, are investigating.
DCI McHugh said: "It has been established there was a large number of people in and around the Jolly Anglers pub at the time Vincent was stabbed.
"It is vital that anyone who saw this incident, or the events leading up to the incident, get in contact with police.
"While work continues to piece together Vincent's movements prior to his murder, I would directly appeal witnesses to come forward and speak to officers - you may hold invaluable information to assist us in this investigation."
